I’m lying in bed bawling, my 14 year old son asleep beside me after falling asleep watching a movie and I couldn’t move him because I loved having even 10 minutes of him these days! I’m 5 years in and only had the nerve to go to my doctor last week to start the process of a diagnosis of bipolar I knew I had but was too embarrassed to admit while causing more pain and suffering for the people I absolutely adore. I’m disgusted with myself I didn’t sooner and I’m so down and sad but listening to your interview and also James’s such kind and real advise just now has been the moment in my life I needed! I work my 9-5 I do everything piano lessons for my son, tennis membership, braces payments- I can’t afford for my son all the mum stuff but then when I’m alone I can’t or don’t want to move from my bed I feel like everyone’s in the gym, buying cars have perfect relationships and I’m failing. I have money now after years of not - stayed in my aunties back bedroom with my son after splitting up with his dad and leaving the house we bought, I lost my hair from stress I just did it all but felt like I wore a mask every single day for more then 5 years. I’m not doin that tmrw, I’m not trying to be those people yous talk about at the end of the podcast I’ll never be them and I don’t want to be. You really made such a difference in my life tonight and you may never know but I was hanging on, praying I could figure it all out alone but tmrw I’m being me and just doin what I can not what I think I should and I really really Thank you!

I have nearly been to where Tommy been after my misses had our prem baby 18 months ago at 26 weeks and nearly died on week two and had a rough first 1st year , we was in hospital for 27 weeks and I've seen what families go through whilst in hospitals similar to Tommy's and wifes trauma when they lose a child the pain is like nothing you every go through unless it happens to you . I totally get his ADHD mindset . Think he nailed this interview . He couldn't speak more truth.

Totally agree I owned my first home at nineteen I retired at 48. I didn’t learn anything in school besides math that helped me in my profession. I did not go to university neither have my children and they all own their own businesses. And I sent my children to private Christian schools and my grand children will as well. Public schools teaching their Woke crap will not be shoved in my children’s children’s lives. Totally agree that sex orientation should not be taught to children in schools that is a private matter that should involve parents and children who have fully educated themselves in this matter.
